What is Coccoina paste?
Coccoina (pronounced ‘cockoe-eena’, with the emphasis on the ‘ee’ if you’re that way inclined) is a white adhesive paste which has been made in Italy from potato starch and almond oil since 1927. The almond oil gives it a distinctive marzipan fragrance, something you’ll either love or hate!
