There is a small ticket counter by the start of the ride to collect this number. You also are not allowed to take any bags on the coaster so you need to send them down on the chairlift. There was a collection point at the bottom. There are busses from Imst to reach but they run very infrequently. On a Saturday there was one at 11 and next was 2pm.
